The property is set in Kos town. It was fully rebuilt for 2017. It is located 21 km from Kos International airport , 100 meters from the Kos harbor and 400 meters from Kos port.

The sandy and small pebble beach is just 100 meters away. The famous Averof street fish taverns are just 50 meters away, while the Dolphin square with the cafe's, bars, taverns and thematic restaurants (Italian, Greek, traditional, Chinese) is just a 150 meter walk. Kos town center, with all the points of interest such as the Ancient Agora /town, the museum, the old town the tree of Hipocrates, etc is 500 meters from the property. A free public car part is available at 100 meters from the hotel, while our clients can also use the private car park of our other hotel, Astron hotel (one block away).

All units, apartments and studios are fully air conditioned, while a roof fan is also available in all bedrooms (all individual controlled). They are also equipped with satellite flat-screen 32' TVs offering local and satellite TV channels as well as music radio channels. All units have an impressive modern design and have a fully equipped kitchenette fitted with a microwave, hotplates and a kettle. In addition, all units have a free safe deposit (apartments have two/ one in each bedroom).
