Our commitment

The hotel management is committed to maintain high standards and ensure high quality for our clients and staff. We continuously collect feedback from our clients and staff, in order to continually improve our operation.

Guest feedback

We monitor guest feedback by the following procedure:

- Guest comment cards are located in all rooms. They can be completed anonymously and the guests are advised to leave the completed card in the reception. The severe matters are taken care of on the spot, while the management is analyzing the guest feedback on a monthly basis.
- On the guest comment card there is the hotel email where guests can send comments/feedback.
- Hotel reception is trained every year in order to be able to handle guest complains

Staff feedback

The staff feedback and comments are continually monitored basis the following procedure:

- In the staff area there is a secured box where hotel staff can leave their comments/ complains with their name on or anonymously.
- Hotel management is collecting the box contents every Monday, monitors the comments and taking actions where necessary.
- The staff is being informed on any actions that are taking place as a result of staff feedback.
