Health and safety policy
The hotel management attaches great importance to Health and Safety at Work and has set the goal of continuous improvement, always taking into account their employees, partners and any third parties that may be affected by its operations. To achieve the above goal, the company has designed and implements a safety and health management system at work in accordance with the Laws and Regulations on Safety and Health at Work.
To achieve this goal, the company has set the following goals:
- The creation and maintenance of a safe and healthy environment and the elimination of conditions that could lead to activities with a non-negligible possibility of negative effects
- Planning and execution of all tasks giving priority and great importance to the Safety and Health of employees, partners and other interested parties so as to carry out all its activities without accidents
- Full compliance with the relevant legislation
- Continuous training of staff in the use of equipment and in the use of chemical substances
- Existence of an occupational risk assessment study.
- Providing the staff and any third party deemed necessary with all the necessary means of personal protection and training them in their use, safekeeping and maintenance.
In the company, all personnel have the responsibility to take all the necessary measures and precautions for the safety and health of both themselves and any other persons who may be affected.
The company's management is responsible for reporting accidents, diseases and dangerous incidents that occur in its workplaces.
Compliance with Health and Safety Laws and Regulations is expected to lead to:
- In the timely identification and prevention of risks and work accidents.
- The correct information and training of employees
- In the development and maintenance of the belief that the safety and health of employees is a matter of first priority.
